煩悩の火が消え、人間が持っている本能から解放され、心の安らぎを得た状態のことを指します。 仏教が理想とする「悟り」の境地であり、実際には「死」を表す言葉でもあります。 涅槃はサンスクリット語で「ニルヴァーナ」と言い、「吹き消す」という意味があります。

It refers to a state in which the flames of worldly desires are extinguished, humans are freed from their natural instincts, and they find peace of mind. It is the state of ``enlightenment'' that Buddhism idealizes, and it is actually a word that represents ``death.'' Nirvana is called "Nirvana" in Sanskrit and means "to blow out".

The second most comfortable pose for animals is "turning your back", but the most comfortable pose is "showing your belly". Therefore, if you see someone scary at work, lie on your back in the hallway and roll up your shirt.
